Derwen Brewing Co. is a concept for a brewery located in the Marina District of San Francisco, CA. The inspiration behind the Derwen name draws from Charles Darwin's theory of evolution, and fusing the names of its visionary founders, Owen and Ders. Pioneered by two young engineers, Derwen's goal is to optomize the beer drinking experience.

The identity showcases a blend of vivid and imaginative creature artwork to imply a fun and youthful company. The color scheme adapts to the consumer's perspective, aiming to stand out boldly amidst the competition.

When it comes to business cards and other print materials, the style employs larger-than-life text and minimal content. The idea is to make the content so simple, that even our primate pals could grasp it.
