My contribution: 3D as-built model, demo + proposed, code research, HOA approval power point, site visits, interiors.

This project required a lot of patience as the HOA was very particular about the design of this addition and remodel. After many revisions, we were able to come up with a design that both the clients and the HOA were happy with. This addition included a master suite with a subterranean garage.

This project is soon to start construction.
